Denise Malkou is a Senior Design Consultant at Above & Beyond. Her journey started in healthcare, earning an associate degree in respiratory therapy, but her love for learning didn’t stop there. She went on to snag a bachelor’s degree in business. After bidding farewell to the medical field, she found her happy place in the pool world and never looked back.

Denise has spent over a decade at Above and Beyond. Known for her can-do attitude, tireless dedication, and a smile that can light up a room, she’s a cornerstone of her team. With the future wide open, Denise is excited to see what’s around the corner and she’s ready to tackle it with enthusiasm.

When she’s off the clock, Denise is all about living her best life. She loves spending quality time with family and friends, snuggling with her adorable pup, cheering on her favorite team (go Suns!), paddleboarding on serene waters, hunting down the next great restaurant, or jamming out to her favorite tunes.
