Don grew up in Dells, Wisconsin and graduated from UW Stout University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2000. He moved to the Valley after college looking for a new adventure and to create his own beginnings. After two years in the hotel/restaurant business, the pool and landscape industry found him and he hasn’t looked back since.

Don has lived in Phoenix for almost 23 years and puts all of his passion, hard-work and knowledge into this industry. He loves creating and building something that people don’t think is possible, then finalizing a project, knowing it will be enjoyed by families for years to come. His family has set their roots in Phoenix and plan on pushing Above & Beyond to new heights, while continuing to give clients their dream “stay‐at-home” vacations.
