Mike Koenig joins Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling as a licensed General Pool Contractor with extensive experience in the industry. In 2014, he founded East Mesa Pools, LLC, gaining hands-on expertise in every facet of the business, including service, repairs, and remodels. With an MBA and certifications from Watershape University as a Certified Watershape Remodeler and Certified Watershape Foreman, Mike offers a unique blend of business acumen and technical skill. Having serviced thousands of pools early in his career, his deep understanding of hydraulics and pool operations brings significant value to both our clients and team. With Mike as your pool consultant, you can expect exceptional service and expertise. Originally from Boston, Mike is a devoted fan of Boston sports. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Arizona’s trails—whether on a mountain bike or a hike. He has 4 dogs,  three of which are rescues, and occasionally fosters others in need. Above all, his favorite way to spend time is with his wife and four grandchildren.
