Above and Beyound Pool company lives up to its name. The customer service is outstanding. Matt Pham was the supervisor for our Pool restoration project. He kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company for any pool problems.
Above & Beyond Pools really lived up to their name! From start to finish their staff was professional and helpful. Our superintendent, Matthew was amazing! He checked in with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and making sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. The project was estimated to take 6 weeks and it was finished in 4. Matthew was quick to respond to any text or phone call and he was always there to inspect the work to make sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful as well and we received emails from them confirming appointments each week. We appreciated the guidance when choosing colors in the showroom.

We had a very good experience remodeling our pool with Above & Beyond Remodeling. Because it was not a "planned" remodel, we were on a limited budget for this project. What I like about Above & Beyond Remodeling is that they offer flexible remodel options so that we were able to stay within budget. And, because I was unable to physically visit a showroom to pick out our tile, mini pebble and deck color selections, Scott (our salesman) brought the tile/mini pebble/deck samples to our house so that we could make our selections. Once we got started with the remodel project, Matt was assigned as our project manager. He was a GREAT communicator, letting us know what to expect during every phase of the project. He also offered us excellent customer service, even responding to our questions on weekends - definitely "above and beyond" what we expected! And, they were SUPER fast in completing our remodel project ... in a matter of weeks NOT months, way before the swimming season which was a nice surprise!!

Above And Beyond Pool Remodeling provides quality craftsmanship at a reasonable cost. They were recommended by a friend. I hired them to renovate my 50 year old pool. Devin, the project manager and my contact with the company, was easy to contact and answered all my questions, monitored the progress and kept me informed. We are very grateful and thrilled with the pool and backyard remodel done by Above and Beyond Pools. In addition to the great work and craftsmanship that was completed, they excelled in many other areas. They were punctual and showed up on the days that the work was scheduled. They were careful to work around and preserve our existing backyard landscaping. They were professional and followed through with everything that was agreed upon and answered the phone and were responsive to any of the small changes that we requested. They had an excellent team for all of the phases of the remodel and everyone that worked on our project was an employee of the company and not subbed out. The care they took was like working on their own back yard or for a family member. Our friends and neighbors cannot believe the backyard transformation and the quality of the work and features of our pool and backyard. Overall we definitely received white glove service at a very competitive price. One of the main reasons we chose Above and Beyond Pools was because of their great reviews and they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them.

We had multiple companies come to give us bids to resurface the pool, get rid of a cracked roll beam, and replace the pool decking. From our first meeting with Mike, we knew this was the best company for us to go with. The entire process from the initial estimate to our final walkthrough was clearly explained and completed on schedule. We never had any concerns or confusion about each step in the project, as our project manager Kevin kept us updated along the way (Kevin was fantastic!). Re-doing a swimming pool is a huge project and isn’t cheap. Above and Beyond respected the investment we were making, our time, and our home. We felt that the quality of materials and work done was worth it, and we have a beautiful new pool area to enjoy this summer. I truly don’t think they could’ve done anything better. They communicated constantly letting us know exactly what was going on and when. They had an awesome staff that worked with us and our busy schedules, even bringing tiles and such to us instead of us coming into their location. The pool is beautifully done, and our rock waterfall is perfect. They completely demolished and built us a brand new one with a better slide and a little taller cliffs for the kids to jump off of. I highly highly recommend Above and Beyond they are incredible!!
Above and Beyond Pool company did a phenomenal job building our front patio. It is extremely difficult to find a contractor that maintains communication and performs at a high level. Above and Beyond did just that. I have dealt with half of a dozen contractors over the last couple of years. Above and Beyond is the only one that I can and will recommend. Absolutely incompetence. We had a home warranty call for outlet jacuzzi and Danny came out to troubleshoot the problem. The home warranty company denied our claim because he misdiagnosed the problem. You don't need to be an expert or a genius to diagnose the problem. The motor in the jacuzzi was making such a loud noise, that it was keeping us up at night and half the jets weren't working, but he said that the problem was a "water feature?" Are you joking? I think it's time for a new carrier pal. Stay away from this company.
Extremely happy with our pool remodel. Went with the aqua blue mini pebble. Smooth as can be from start to finish. Our Superintendent Kevin was professional and informative. He communicated with us every step of the way. Crews were courteous and efficient. Hard workers for sure!

I chose Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling based on the great feedback I got from online reviews. From the start Michael gave me a thorough and detailed estimate accounting for everything I needed for my pool remodel. Devin Joyner, our project superintendent, was absolutely outstanding! He was very careful to keep us updated on the timeline of our pool remodel. Devin would always give us a weekly, if not daily recap, of every completed detail of our pool remodel! I can honestly say I would refer AABP remodeling, especially Devin Joyner to anyone I know that is considering a pool reminding project!

Particularly for my project, despite it being scheduled around December and January, there were no scheduling conflicts and everything proceeded as planned with zero last minute surprises.

There was a small issue with the finish around my step markers, and I can't commend Kyle and crew enough on how they handled the rework and keeping us assured. The process was easy from the very first contact when Robert came out to give us a quote, then speaking with Danielle and Denise in the office to pick our colors and lastly working with Matthew and his teams to complete the work in a very timely manner. We were informed every step of the way and checked up on throughout the process. The work was quick, efficient, and well done. The crews were courteous and did outstanding work. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with the professionalism and work performed by Above and Beyond. From the initial sales meeting to the selection of finishes, tile and travertine to the actual construction, they couldn't have been better. The overall experience was great! It started a little slow but once they learned that I like updates and details, they provided that level of information. Received a very reasonable quote. Took my time getting the loan and my quote did not change much several months later. Job started within weeks and took 3 weeks for my pool and large patio to be completed. It is stunning! Exactly what I wanted. Any questions or misunderstandings were handled immediately and professionally. With their Exceptional reputation, I don’t know why anyone would trust another company. Not long after the renovation, I saw a news story about dishonest pool companies. Not worth saving so little. Wish I did this sooner!

We bought our 1972 home 2 years ago and knew the pool was going to need to be remodeled along with everything else. We were nervous about choosing a pool company because of all the nightmare stories. We got at least 10 quotes and based on all the good reviews, we chose Above And Beyond. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive of the quotes but they did have the most favorable reviews. The process was smooth and well communicated. The crews showed up on schedule and our pool was finished within 4 weeks that included resurface with mini pebble finish, water line tile, new pump, filter, auto leveler, vacuum, LED pool light and kool deck. Our pool looks classic but modern at the same time. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Above And Beyond.

We had the interior of our pool resurfaced with mini pebble, new tile, and lighting upgrade to LED. The sales guy was friendly and helpful. Matthew the project foreman was always available for questions and concerns. The showroom lady was helpful. Tons of tile to choose from. The pool looks wonderful. The workmanship was great. Work crews always showed up when promised. We had an issue with drain cover types but the company owner resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I would recommend Above and Beyond for your pool remodel.
We just finished a complete pool and cool deck remodel with Above & Beyond Pools and we love our pool and cool deck. There were some snags as you would expect from any major remodeling project but they were taken care of right away and fixed. The company completed the work within the quoted time frame and always communicated who to expect and what to expect for each step of the process. Denise in the Showroom helped us design a pool we love and Kyle our project supervisor did a good job overseeing everything onsite. We also added a pool heater which needed some electrical work and their subcontractor Angel and his crew did a great job for a fair price.
